- Tournament disagreements

5. No Official Affiliation
Swift Score Golf is not affiliated with any golf governing body, including GHIN or USGA.

6. App Availability
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions in service.

7. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Score Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
